| 1. Direct connection technology between air conveyor and in-feeding starwheel is applied to replace in-feeding screw and conveying chain to ease bottle changing process with only to change few parts. Newly-designed bottle-separating grippers are assembled to starwheel. 2. Neck-hanging technology is applied in bottle transportation. Instead of traditional starwheel, we use neck-hanging gripper to make bottle-size-changing easily, without equipment height adjustment, only few parts need to be adjusted 3. Specially-designed rinser grippers which are made of stainless steel are firm and endurable, with no contact to screw part of the bottle to prevent second pollution. 4. High-speed, easily-cleaned filling valves with big flow volume are equipped with well CIP system and control system to rinse the equipment throughly. 5. Splint of starwheel using twist descending way to simplify the process of bottle-size-changing. Only need to change arch board and starwheel, within ten minutes. | Juice Rinser -Rotative rinsing turret one treatment, fixed nozzles, with grippers. -The grippers take the bottles from the inlet star-wheel while they are still driven by the star-wheel, thus guaranteeing a safe grip. -After the gripping, the bottle is turned upside down and cantred above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle. After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position again. Juice Filler -The star-wheels drive the bottles always "by the neck" through the rinsing, filling and capping steps. For the various types of bottle, it is easy to adjust the structure for the operator by our specialized design. -Product bowl is to reduce the loss of heat. -If the temperature is low than the setting value, the filling valves will stop and return the last beverage in filling valve to recycle tank and return to UHT again to sterilize with pump.
