Milk is a source of high-quality protein which is essential for muscle building and growth. It is also a good source of zinc, magnesium, calcium, vitamin B12, and vitamin D. Milk also helps induce satiety which will prevent you from binge eating. There is no problem in consuming milk in moderate quantities while trying to lose weight.
Ingredients: 1 cup milk, 1 piece of cinnamon bark, and ground cinnamon for garnishing.
Take a saucepan and add 1 cup milk and 1 piece cinnamon bark. Give it a boil and then remove the cinnamon bark. Pour the milk into a cup and garnish it with a pinch of ground cinnamon.

Ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/4 cup chia seeds, 1 banana (sliced into thin slices), 1/2 cup (chopped) strawberries, 1/2 cup blueberries, and 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (toasted).
Combine together almond milk, yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla. Whisk in the chia seeds. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Toast coconut flakes in a pan for about 1-3 minutes and then allow them to cool. Take the pudding out from the fridge and stir well to remove any lumps. Top with banana slices, chopped strawberries, blueberries, and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
Ingredients: 3 tablespoons jaggery, 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder, 1 pinch saffron, 5 cashew nuts, 5 almonds, 400 ml slim milk, and 1 cup sattu.

Roughly chop the almonds and cashew nuts and set them aside. Now take a blender jar and add milk, sattu, cardamom powder, saffron and jaggery. Blend them together to achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. Transfer the milkshake to a serving glass and garnish it with the chopped cashew nuts and almonds.
